This course fulfills my learning enhancement requirement of the general education portion.
As I was preparing for this course I was not entirely sure what to expect. As it turns out this course blew away any expectations I may have had. I found this course to be really enlightening about artificial intelligence (AI) and the various elements of AI. The extent to which elements of AI are already a part of our lives was astounding to me, I had never considered that portions of our mobile phones or thermostats in our homes, or the assembly line production of cars were part of artificial intelligence.
Furthermore the future implications and philosophical aspects of AI are intriguing and exciting to consider. Below you will find my research paper from this course based on virtual reality. Like much of this course this paper opened my mind to just how much virtual reality is already around and how accepted it is.
